Breastfeeding Support Group

Breastfeeding Peer Supporters are trained to provide breastfeeding support and basic breastfeeding information to mothers in the community. Peer Supporters have graduated from a programme based on the La Leche League New Zealand Peer Counsellor Programme and completed the breastfeeding training provided by a Peer Counsellor Administrator. They have all been police vetted.
